China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released a new five-year plan for the robotics industry in Beijing, which aims to promote innovation and lead China to become a global leader in robotics technology and industrial advancement. The Statistics Department of the International Federation of Robotics (IFR) hereby reports on international and domestic participation in this largest market.
"If ranked by annual sales and in-service inventory, China is now undoubtedly the world's largest industrial robot market." said Milton Guerry, president of the International Federation of Robotics (IFR), "IFR's robot density statistics effectively reflect China's Dynamic development situation, in terms of the number of industrial robots per 10,000 employees: China's manufacturing robot density currently ranks 9th in the world (246 units), while it was only 25th (49 units) five years ago.
Concurență de automatizare în China
Concurența actuală de automatizare din China este încă dominată de producătorii străini de roboți, care împreună dețin 73% din cota de piață. Roboții importați din străinătate (în principal din Japonia, Coreea de Sud și Europa) au crescut semnificativ în 2020, cu 24% până la un total de 123.030 de unități, inclusiv roboții produși în China de furnizori non-chinezi. Produsele producătorilor chinezi de roboți sunt destinate în principal pieței interne, cu livrări de 45.347 de unități în 2020, reprezentând o cotă de piață de 27%.
